Philip Weingrow

Phil Weingrow is one of the "legendary managing brokers" of the Alain Pinel Realtors Management Team. As with Alain Pinel, Phil has been at the forefront of many of the technological innovations that have come to the residential real estate industry over the past several years.

 

With over 25 years in local Bay Area real estate experience, he has been through all of the real estate cycles. His offices have thrived in each. Combined with the professional and marketing excellence of Alain Pinel Realtors, the Montclair Office is destined for great success.

Phil has:

           Owned and managed real estate companies since 1983

           Sold real estate since 1980

           Been involved in several investment partnerships as Managing General Partner

           Held the CRB designation since 1989

           Been a Director of the Berkeley Board of Realtors

           Is a member of the Oakland Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee

           Appeared as an Expert Witness in numerous Arbitration hearings

           Implemented the use of CAR endorsed e-signatures for contracts

           Implemented the use of an Online Transaction Platform to facilitate access to documents for agents and their clients

           Trained and assisted in the development of top producers active in all the major residential offices in our area
